1. Services Provided 

I, Lauren Palin, working under Pip Concepts, offer graphic design services including, but not limited to, logo design, branding, marketing materials, and digital assets.

2. Proposal and Acceptance 

A detailed proposal will be provided for each project, outlining the scope, timeline, and fees. Work will commence upon client approval of the proposal and receipt of the initial deposit.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Adhoc Services

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the delivery of the final files.
Payments can be made via bank transfer.

3.2 Plant It Plan

3.2.1 Purchasing Credits (“Pips”)

3.2.1.1 Participants can purchase Pips by getting in touch through Pip Concepts’ platform. Once an amount is agreed, an invoice will be raised.

3.2.1.2 Pips are non-transferable, non-refundable, and can only be used for designated purchases within the plan.

3.2.1.3 The value of each Pip is set by Pip Concepts and is subject to change at our discretion.

3.2.1.4 Payments for Pips are processed via bank transfer, and all transactions are subject to the terms of the payment processor.

3.2.1.5 Pip Concepts reserves the right to impose limits on the amount of Pips an individual can purchase within a specified period.

3.2.2 Using Credits (“Pips”)

3.2.2.1 Pips can be used to redeem design works as defined within the plan details.

3.2.2.2 Pips have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

3.2.2.3 Pips must be used within the period specified at the time of purchase or they will expire, subject to applicable law.

3.2.3 Refunds and Cancellations

3.2.3.1 Pips are non-refundable once purchased.

3.2.3.2 In the event that a transaction is cancelled or reversed, any corresponding Pips will be deducted from your account.

3.2.3.3 Pip Concepts may issue refunds in exceptional cases or where required by law.

4. Revisions 

The project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at £50 per revision.

5. Timeline 

The estimated timeline for completion will be provided in the proposal. Delays due to client feedback or changes may extend the timeline.

6. Copyright and Ownership

6.1 Adhoc Services

Pip Concepts retain copyright over all designs until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final designs for their intended use.

6.2 Plant It Plan

Pip Concepts retain copyright over all designs until the files that do not contain a watermark are sent to the client. Upon receiving these files, the client receives ownership of the final designs for their intended use.

6.3 Licensing of Third-Party Materials

The Client is responsible for acquiring any licenses for third-party images, fonts, or assets used in the project. Pip Concepts will not be liable for copyright infringement related to any assets provided by the Client.

6.4 Promotional

Pip Concepts retains the right to use the designs for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellation Policy 

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If cancelled after work has begun, the client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.

8. Confidentiality 

All client information and project details will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

9. Liability 

Pip Concepts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the designs provided.

10. Governing Law 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By making the initial payment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
